Restaurant design and marketing for Zona Blu – from start-up to success story.
With Zona Blu, the concept always rules. Amazing food, served beautifully, for Weston’s in-crowd. All bringing the taste and tastes of Sardinia to the South Florida landscape. Their Executive Chef, Andrea Fadda, created the menu with traditional and modern takes on Italian and Sardinian food. They also are releasing their new signature cocktails from a professional mixologist, along with a new bar menu made to match. And One Small Studio was responsible for all of the restaurant design and marketing needed to launch and execute long-term.
The projects started with the basics: branding and logo development, signage, and in-store marketing. From there we developed a marketing and social media plan and went forward with implementation. The results have been impressive. A cool look, great name recognition, food catching the tastebuds of reviewers and foodies, and plain-old buzz.
One Small Studio has created marketing and social media plans, social calendars, media calendars, developed the brand, including logo, color palette, typography specifications, and basic language guidelines, designed and developed the website, created all signage and in-store marketing (including multiple menus, interior signage, and custom illustrated placemats that teach people about Sardinia and traditional Sardinian food).
Since opening, Zona Blu has been winning awards all across the South Florida landscape—Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence, Diner’s Choice Award, Our City – Best of Weston, SouthFlorida.com’s Best of West Broward, a City & Shore “Best New Restaurant”, and more.
