Bahamas Vacation Property Marketing in Nassau

Palm Cay in Nassau, was the first of many Bahamas vacation property marketing projects one small studio would undertake. We took a discovery trip, learned the property, land and community, and set out developing a marketing plan. The plan included all forms of branding and marketing. We created digital advertising (display, search, social), web and app development, social media content, and video. Traditional marketing included out-of-home (airline marketing and Times Square ads that ran during during cold spells), sales team materials, business collateral, photography, tradeshow marketing at all the boat shows from Jupiter to Miami, direct mail, and print management. We did it all and then some—including help create the relationships a new development needs to be successful.

We developed great relationships with the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism,the Out-Island Promotion Board, the Association of Bahamas Marinas, and the Bahamas Sport Fishing Network. And many of those groups we moved forward with on other projects.
